About Me

I'm Raluca — and before I became a coach, I spent over two decades figuring things out the hard way. I worked inside large corporations like SAP and Amazon, co-founded my own tech startup, led teams, made big bets, and learned (sometimes painfully) what it really takes to build something meaningful.

At some point, I realized that the most valuable thing I could do wasn't to have all the answers — it was to help others find their own. That's when coaching stopped being a career switch and became a calling.

Today I work mostly with entrepreneurs and small business owners — people who are smart, driven, and genuinely trying, but who sometimes feel stuck, scattered, or unsure of their next move. My job is to sit with you in that uncertainty and help you find a way through it — with more clarity, less noise, and a plan that actually fits your life.
