What this website is
It describes a coaching practice and lets you ask for a conversation. Everything on it is information, offered in good faith and kept current as far as I am able. None of it is a promise about your results.
What coaching is, and is not
Coaching is a structured thinking partnership. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice or accountancy. I do not diagnose, and I do not tell you what to do. If something you bring belongs with a different professional, I will say so and help you find the right next step.
You stay responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. That is not a disclaimer to hide behind — it is how coaching works: the insight and the choice are yours, which is also why they hold.
Booking a call creates no obligation
The discovery call is free, lasts about 30 minutes, and commits neither of us to anything. Either of us can decide it is not a fit, and saying so is a perfectly good outcome.
If we work together
A coaching engagement starts only when we have agreed it in writing. That written agreement — not this page — sets out the scope, the number and length of sessions, fees, payment terms, how rescheduling and cancellation work, and how either of us can end the relationship. Where this page and your agreement differ, your agreement wins.
The engagement is also governed by the ICF Code of Ethics, which I hold myself to as a PCC-credentialed coach. Confidentiality, and the narrow legally required exceptions to it, are explained before we begin and are set out in the privacy policy.
Who owns what
The text, photographs, design and structure of this website are mine, and are not free to reuse. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short passage with attribution, or send a page to a colleague.
The methods named on this site belong to their owners, not to me: the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies to the International Coaching Federation, the ACC framework to Coach Masters Academy, and the design thinking curriculum to MIT. I am certified to practise with them; I do not own them.
Links to other websites
Where I link out — Google Calendar for booking, coachingfederation.org, LinkedIn — you are leaving this site and arriving somewhere with its own terms and its own handling of your data. I choose those links carefully, but I do not control what happens on the other side.
Availability and mistakes
I keep this site working and accurate, but I cannot promise it will never be offline, and I cannot promise it contains no errors. If you spot something wrong, telling me is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and by the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, where those give you more.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Changes apply from the moment they are published, and never retroactively to an engagement already agreed.
