Every client is different. Rather than applying a single method, I draw on two complementary coaching approaches — and choose the one that fits your situation, or move between both within the same engagement.
Transformational
ACC model
Deeper, identity-level work grounded in the Awareness–Clarity–Choice framework. Draws on positive psychology, cognitive behavioural principles, and adult learning theory.
Flexible by design. Many clients need both. I may use GROW to help you solve an immediate challenge, then shift to ACC when we uncover a deeper pattern beneath it. The approach follows your situation — not the other way around.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years fully immersed in corporations and tech startups — leading teams, building products and processes, and driving innovation. That experience became the foundation of how I coach.
